Our highly skilled professionals are well trained in client safety and comfort and take the utmost care in providing you with the best experience.

 

Your privacy and comfort are the utmost importance to us.   Spa treatments require various levels of undress and our therapist are trained in appropriate methods of draping.  Although your therapist will discuss a complete overview of the treatment you will experience, please feel free to ask any questions or make special requests to ensure your own personal comfort level.

 

We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving Studio A Salon Spa to ensure that you have the appointment time you most desire.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We respectfully request that all date changes or cancellations be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 48-hour notice is requested for multiple services. Last-minute cancellations are costly to the salon and our staff. We understand things come up unexpectedly but, ask that you please respect our schedules. Your timely cancellation allows for someone else to get in. Therefore, failure to cancel with a minimum 24-hour notice will result in a credit card charge for half of the service value before being able to rebook another service.

 

CELL PHONES

To ensure a relaxing experience for our Studio A Salon and Spa guests, we encourage guests to silence all cell phones.

 

ARRIVING LATE

Busy schedules often force you to arrive late. We promise to make our best effort to fit your service into the schedule. If you are more than ten (10) minutes late, we may have to modify your service or have another available stylist complete your service. If you are more than twenty (20) minutes late, we will try to complete the service or reschedule you for another time.

 

REDOS FOR HAIR SERVICES

Requests must be made within 24 hours from date of service. Redos will be performed by the same stylist or owner/manager

 

WAITING

Occasionally we may be running behind. When we do we will communicate with you. Our front desk will monitor your progress while you are waiting and ask our team to help get you started. If we make you wait longer than twenty (20) minutes, we will offer you the option of continuing to wait or reschedule you for a future appointment.

COVID-19 SAFETY

Rest assured, we are following Wisconsin’s guidelines and taking extra precautions, including deep cleaning our salon prior to re-opening, and following enhanced sanitation measures and social distancing standards. Additionally, we have temporarily suspended all self-serve product trials and tester usage in the salon during this time.

 

Some changes to expect during your visit:
• Everyone is required to wear a mask.
• There will be a temperature and wellness evaluation upon check-in.
• Please download our new Pocket Salon app (by SalonBiz) that allows for a no-touch/ no-contact check-in from your vehicle. Otherwise, please call when you arrive to check-in for your services. We ask that you do not enter the building until you have been notified that your service provider is ready f or you.
• If you are not feeling well, we ask that your reschedule your appointment.
• Come alone to your appointment.
• Limit personal items.
• Magazine/beverage service is temporarily discontinued.
